It is a rich and bold, slightly fruity and spiced (not in a "hot" spicy way, but in a used spices spicy way) blend that will help you wake up for a day of adventures. It is inspired by one of my favorite shows and the two main characters of pirates. "You wear fine things well."

It is a loose leaf tea, so be sure to have an infuser on hand. The more space the leaves have to mingle with the water, the better, so the gravity infusers are my preferred method.

I like 2-4 teaspoons brewed in 8 oz of hot water, about 200 F (not boiling), for 3-5 minutes. Feel free to add sugar (probably not as much as Ed), honey, and cream, if that is to your taste.

This tea is most like a typical basic black tea of the blends I have, just with some elevation and sophistication, so if you're new to blends, this is a good baby step.
